Yew Wood

There would be no problem in using it for bodies or top wood at all. I went a step further and used some for a fingerboard, which went surprisingly well considering the flexibility/elasticity of it. It was more of an experiment than anything, but it's still my main gigging bass not far off a decade later and holding up perfectly.

And yes even the wood dust is poisonous so don't breath it and wear a respirator.
