I really like my Fender Deluxe P:
Its light, easy playing, resonant, and has a bright acoustic sound to it that really sings. I'm changing the preamp to an Aguliar OPB-3 soon.
Besides that, I think I'd just want another P bass. Vintage, a new '08 standard or an older Deluxe P because I think those had J necks if I'm not mistaken.

only need 1 G&L L2000 or L2500 ( i prefer the 4 string but i guess if im only having 2 basses i would need a 5;er)
If I only had to be narrowed down to having two:

It almost doesn't matter to me. Any two will do as long as I still have one to play if one is in the shop.
