WOW-O-WOW that is beautiful!!! is it semi-hollow or is it an "F"aux-hole

A complete fake! Cliff also beveled beneat the f-hole to add a more 3-D look to it. :p The fingerboard is also matte finished to conceal the polyester. Part of me wanted to visually trick people and surprise them with a different tone. Another part is that I try to incorporate themes of previous basses into each new one. The previous bass was a Rob Allen Mouse 30 with an f-hole (legit :p). I was kinda being a smart ass, but it turned out much better than I had originally imagined.

The odd thing is that it's so light that people still wonder if it's hollow when I tell them it's not.

If you refer to basses I currently own, It would have to be MY Ash SX Jazz with the Flats and my SX P with the flats. Between the two there is a very wide array of tones that can be achieved....though if I put flats on my 5 string it would be that one and my Ash SX Jazz. My 5'er has two soap bar pups and has a sound much different from the Single Coils in the Jazz....
