How is it that the neck, tuners and control plate seem appropriately 'weathered' but the sparkle is crispy clean as is the pickguard, neckplate and covers. With the amount of wear on the edge of the neck above the truss rod, you gotta figure some of that spilled over to the rest of the bass...
