I played my Lakland Joe Osborn (Skyline) through the house rig which consisted of a GK Backline head and an 8x10 Ampeg cabinet.

Here are a few videos from a recent street festival that my main project played at in late July. The sound isn't great as it's only from the camera, but it's not horrendous. I was playing through the house rig, a very classic SVT. I ran into my VT Bass beforehand as well for the front-of-house. Not sure what you're hearing more of really... prolly the amp.
