I have a question about how to make videos for the people that have already done it. I understand the basics of what you need (DI interface, recording software, camera, bass) but I'm not sure how to put it all together. Can I get some walkthroughs on making a Youtube performance video? What I really can't figure out is how to sync the video to the audio.

I used Windows Movie Maker v6 (the one built in to windows, not "Windows Live Movie Maker" which is slightly different. Both can do a few things the other can't) for my 'solo' video clip. I used protools for the audio and fiddled with Movie Maker til I got the hang of adding effects and fading between scenes. Oddly, even though the sync would be right in the program I would often have to export or "print" the movie from the program several times because some would stay in sync and others wouldn't.
