They're GHS Precision Flats on my P bass. Does some of the full winding wrap around the E tuner post like mine?

Maybe these wen’t as blue as I thought. I should have posted this picture first.
Just curious... What's the measurement on the E string from the ball end to the start of the silk at the headstock?
You did confirm there is no silk at the ball end, right?
The bass is string through the body so I added 1 7/8” to the 35” where the strings come through to front of the bass to the start of the silk at of the E string. No silk at the ball end and balls are all brass.
So, the total length from the ball end to the start of the silk is 36 7/8". GHS Precision Flats are "long plus" with 38" from ball end to silk, so the ones you have are too short to be GHS. Back to the drawing board...
Unfortunately, I can't think of another brand of flats with purple silk only at the tuner end.

I’m playing Melissa at a band jam later this month, and the timbre of these strings is fairly spot on. So they will still be around for a while.
Thanks for trying to identify this brand of string. I bought it used at guitar center, but it shipped in from another store with a brand new set, the local store wasn’t helpful.

First time I tried them was on my Stingray, but I didn’t really care for them on that bass. On a hunch/whim I decided to try them on my Fender J and think they’re the perfect flatwound for that bass.
One of my students recently bought a used Fender J that came with D’Addario Chromes. While I’m not typically a fan of those particular strings, I do have to admit they sound good on his bass.

I am digging the LaBellas on the P so much that I am considering flats for the Jazz as well. Cobalts or Chromes though not LaBellas. Something brighter on the jazz makes sense. I may just try heavier rounds first though.
Start with Fender flats for J in my opinion, the aggresive mids of the 9050 compliment the J scoop nicely and can still provide a variety of tones.
if you find the 9050 not aggressive enough, then i'd look at Chromes or Cobalts. The chromes are brighter than fenders in the high mids, cobalts are more round sounding than flats. so they'll be similar to a set of NPS rounds.
Funny this post came up today, I did put swap out the pickups and put some Rotosounds on my Jazz. It's a GREAT bass
I am thinking I'll put some flats on it again though, I built a custom parts P bass that has Rotos and is more or less my rock/punk/funk bass now. Hmmm thinking some Labella Deep Talking flats are in order maybe...
