Right. Out here it's not as big.

I think it's Wisconsin state law that if there are more than 100 cars in any given parking lot there needs to be at least 20 small grills and coolers full of beer. I went to Radiohead in Chicago and we left early just for this purpose. When we parked and cracked one open we were promptly told to dump it out or face a $250 fine. This culture shock was not pleasant. The $13 beers inside the venue just didn't taste as good for some reason. No matter how badly the Crew or the Pack or the Badgers are doing there will always be a lot full of party several hours before the game.

Hard to argue with that. Congradulations, I know the feeling.

I live in Kansas City. We don't have one of those :hiding:

We didn't have one in San Francisco either until 2010. Think of the party you have to look forward to when you do get one. Think about how great it will feel to win it all when everybody else has written off your team, inculding the "experts" and the announcers on network TV. :spit:

KC fans are morons. Every year, it's "next year is our year" or " this is a rebuilding year".

It's been a rebuilding decade. KC has two of the most profitable sports teams in the world, but can't win.

Representin' for the Atlanta Braves here. Hopin' the startin' pitchin' will hold together from here. Tomahawk choppin' and enjoyin' Chipper Jones' victory lap.

Nostalgic favorite: Cincinnati Reds. When I was kid, I didn't want to be like Johnny Bench. I wanted to be Johnny Bench.

I'm so glad I don't have to watch Jane Fonda doing the chop anymore.

Die hard Phillies fan here. Rough season so far, no doubt, but that doesn't stop me. I can be seen out and about in Myrtle Beach sporting the Phillies red. Hopefully Utley can get back into the swing of things (no pun intended), and Howard comes back soon.
