Your Space Force Name

Fascinating how some of us read 'sound effect' as what made the original Batman movie fun, and others read it as effects pedals. What's the over/under on how many pedals must be owned to make a person read it that way?
As a youngster growing up on the tail end of the original series I totally get what you are saying but.....this is actually a pretty good psychological catch by you. After a few effects "sound" names were posted I was like "WT+F"? and only then did I catch that and that got me wondering if todays youngsters made that connection. Maybe it is todays youngsters that posted them, I think this would make a great thread and my head hurts and Im leaving. Good point sir. Cheers!

Maybe the over/under should be age.....

Since the original Batman movie was 1966, I didn't see it in a timely fashion either.

I might go with Ping Skillet, renegade pilot, mercenary, space pirate

or

Wah Wah Whetstone, space scalper, cosmic candy man

or

Wheezy Mouli, loner, deep space cleaner, gun for hire

or

Squawk Steamer, supersonic stool-pigeon, mediocre handyman from the outer limits, shifty

or

Splat Sushi-Mat, multilingual moon goon, wormhole thug, chameleon, kleptomaniac

or

Kiss Faucet, Polestar dancer, minder, bureaucratic assassin, life coach

or

Ostinato Cherry-Tomato, trillionaire, futurefunk mastermind, promoter of intergalactic events, encyclopedia salesman

or

Borborigmus Stab-Blender, shady, unpleasant, interplanetary drifter, no papers

or

Chortle Cheese-Board, sky-borne fast food vendor, easy-going but a little vague

or

Giggles Gravy-Boat, lunar lush, part-time clown, handy with a sonic screwdriver, calls herself 'the Doctor'

or

Mumbles Dumbwaiter, escape artist, informer, safe-cracking grifter from the dark side of the moon

or

Croon Spittoon, protohuman, singing nightclub owner from Mars, possibly on the payroll of a time lord or two

or

Foghorn Corn-Holder, morbidly obese, big-mouth border-guard, beauty school dropout with a bad temper

or

Captain Bzzzzsht Dishrag, perpetually stoned extra terrestrial, habitual heckler, self-appointed setlist adjuster, arbiter of dance-floor demolition, aspiring phone-a-friend, off the hook, no dial tone

or

Mona Meat-Mallet, pro wrestler, fugitive from the Eridanus Supervoid, easily upset but good people, loyal and warmhearted

But, then again, I think maybe I'd better just stay out of this one :smug:
