It's a "Standard Issue Phaser" from Tortuga Effects, who also make the Sasquatch Fuzz.

Its an Electro-Harmonix delay and looper pedal, and the thing with 6 buttons next to it is the foot controller for it.

EDIT: I'm gonna record a "tour of my pedalboard" soon...should have it up tomorrow or maybe saturday

It's a looper... it has a pitch/speed shifting slider, so it made the loop go faster and get higher pitch (it has a 2 octave range).





I need to make a real video some day...

I just noticed my Canon Ixus does the same thing!!

I originally thought it only did about 12 seconds, but that was because my memory card was full last time I tried it (idiot)...
