Your 105 75 55 40 looks good, looking at the D'Addario tension chart for XL nickel roundwounds.
It can be extended to BEADGC ...
145 105 75 55 40 28w
For a lighter BEADGC ...
135 95 70 50 35 25w
Both of these are the most gradual fall in tension possible going by the gauges available in D'Addario XL nickel roundwounds. These are good places to start.
I'm amazed at Zachary Guitars' reaction to the OP's email. I thought the OP's enquiry was actually quite positive, and had interest in the ZOG concept. My advice, build your own set from singles using the tension charts.
Zachary Guitars also states that a more extreme tension gradient is needed for a short scale bass, well I don't think so, just slightly larger gauges ...
