Saw the new documentary today. I've probably seen almost every Zappa doc ever made, and I'm happy to say that probably 75% pf it was footage I've never seen.

So I recommend it. Big thumbs up!

    Southern rock hot rats??

  8. Frank was an enigma in some ways.
So many folks assumed he was into elicit drugs, which was wildly untrue.

My friends who don't like Zappa's music say he was pretentious, but I also feel that is wildy inaccurate.

Even in one of his final interviews, when asked how he wanted to be remembered, he said it was unimportant.

...that one was almost as "good" as The Monkees' Head.
Damn, Zappa was in that one, too.

    :)
