ZeroFive Audio Lowrider

So what does it do? How does it sound? Details plz
It is doing two diametrically opposed things; it tightens up the low end whilst making it sound almost rubbery. Thats the best way i can describe it. The selector knob has several ranges- i found the 45 and 60 hz selections to be the most useful. The volume is @ unity gain @ 12:00. Where things get interesting is the intensity knob. Full counterclockwise there is some effect, but bumping it up from full counterclockwise-7:00 to just 8:00 makes my four string Rob Allen sound like an upright. Highly recommended. The PulTec is a strange beast. This one is really simple. It is capable of both boosting and cutting the same frequencies simultaneously.

"Looks at bank account''....now where can I find one of these gizmos?
I think one showed up on the verb for a nice price. I snagged three, traded one, and am keeping two. My guess is- it was a relatively small run- the Blue ones were gone in ten minutes, the black ones were still available for several days. I think it possible that a few show up because people won’t know how to use them.

I do, indeed, and its nothing at all like the RFE; it is rather unique. It seems to boost a specific frequency whilst cutting a varying “Q” around it, depending on what you choose.
Ok, then. I resisted getting one in the first batch as I wasn’t sure about that. Now I might have to pony up in the next batch.
