Zeta Crossover Bass Questions

Hi,
Probably a long shot, but I recently got a hold of a Zeta Crossover bass. Some of these come with the Zeta MIDI port, others don't (like this one). The bridge is setup with each string having its own pickup so I imagine adding MIDI wouldn't be impossible, but I can't find anything on the web and can't find any pictures of the innards of one that does have the MIDI interface to compare. Any ideas?

I have one with the extra port and am finally researching now. Information is definitely sparse. From looking inside mine, I believe the connector simply includes output for each string, and also the blended output. It seems they had an interface (a few versions) called Synthony to take these inputs and convert to midi.
