There's no one fit sizes all setting for slap... but I'll share the main rule which works for me:
For slap settings I usually boost the lows and higs and cut a little bit the mids. Try the SWR or the Hartke amp simulator.
Take my advice as a starting point , but the answer to the right slap settings of your pedalboard is in your ears.
