zoom b2 clips?

I just picked up a B2.1u last night. I'm still figuring it out. The first thing I noticed was the SVT patch sounds AWESOME through my LMII/Aggy cab. I play all the Ampegs when I go to GC so my ear is somewhat calibrated. Some of of the synth patches are WILD. The Sansamp patch sounds very realistic as well. I'm a long way from soundclips, I haven't even installed the Cubase software yet :o

The amp models are pretty good, they can hold their own against the Sansamp IMHO. The synths don't track very well though, there is a noticeable delay between playing a note and hearing the synth play. This makes it ok for slow sweeping pad sounds where you hold a note, but no good at fast tracking stuff like Hysteria.

It's supposed to rain here on Sunday so I may do some then ;)

I tried out the synth patches with a guitar today and found the tracking was better than with bass. It still wasn't great. I prefer the old overdrive/octave/filter combo. I've been running my lazy sprocket into the blueberry into the zoom's filter and pitch shift down an octave, it sounds more organic than the synth patches to me.
