After receiving the G5 Saturday morning, I got a ZLX 15p at home to try both,Β3 and G5 together with the big ZLX.
What a nice weekend was :bassist:

The prons and cons between the 2 EVs is not worth the extra cash for the big one IMHO.The 15p is offcoarse more powerful but not so much, and the difference is not massive in the bass area.At list in my space at home.Maybe in more wide places the 15p stands better but after the test i am really towards to bye the 12p instead of 15p.We will see when time comes.

The two brothers B3-G5 work beautifully together and there is no problem at all in chain sound wise.

Thanks, Andreas. That is very helpful. I especially like some of the additional mods shown (such as the gig switch... good protection from goof-ups).

Has anyone had a problem with part of one of the screens going out on the B3. Just curious if it might be a ribbon cable or something. I normally do not move it from the Church where it sits.
There was one other person that had the 1st screen go out but they never posted what the final result was. Which screen went out on yours?

As much as I love my B3 I wish they did a rack version. Nothing worse than having to tweak something mid set/song and you have to grovel around on the ground. If you already have a Poweramp racked to run with a B3, then having an extra rackspace for a rack pre version is a no brainer. Pull the footswitch out of the back of your rack and off you go!!!
