The B3 has some really great compressors and I don't get any feedback noise... Most of my patches I make myself have the m-comp or 160 or opto.

Am I crazy for loving D Comp model in MS60B more than LMB-3 and MXR M87? It adds a lot of punch to Stingray. I love the 160 comp too and what it does with my jazz bass!

I'm even considering buying another MS60B and use it as "always on" compressor at the beginning of my chain.

For $100, I'd consider populating an entire board with MS60b's. make them all identical as backups if one dies...have monster patches...imagine the versatility you'd have with 5 or 6 lined up, and nothing else.

And I bet with the ability to chain 5 fx per box, you could dial in near-perfect facsimiles of the hallowed boutiques...for $100.
