This thing is super cool, Alembic Essence 1991 4 String Bass, few minor bumps and blemishes but great condition for a 26 year old bass. Pretty light weight and small body, it plays and sounds as it should with great action and the alembic electronics. Currently setup with Alembic strings as well.

Just curious if you know if these are Schaller tuners. I have the same unbranded ones on my 94 Pensa Suhr jazz. Thanks . Beautiful Alembic.

My assessment of these basses (IMVHO) is that they are almost perfect for me.
The sound, the feel...
Unfortunately, I cannot use one right now.
