Charles expressed interest in my cabs and asked if he can pay me in two installments. He mentioned previous feedback from other TB transactions, and others supported his claim, so I agreed. A week after receiving the cabs, he contacted me to inform me that he's sending the balance of the amount owed this week. Great follow up, and makes me glad I chose to do business with him.
