Year and neck profile please......

If you dont know how to determine year....its the last two numbers of the serial number

The year is 2005 (thanks for the tip about the serial number, which, by the way, is K-119262-05). I don't know about the neck profile, although I know it's not the "wide spaced" with the string spacing more like a 4-string (I can't remember exactly what they call this) because I played one of my buddy's last week.

i just turned my house upside down looking for a bathroom scale and I just can't find it. I just looked online and found 10 different FNA Jazzmans weighing anywhere form 8.2lbs to 9lbs.... It feels heavier than my 69 pbass, so I'll say it's closer to 9lbs than 8. That being said, I've done plenty of 4hr gigs with it and never felt like it was too heavy (and I had intense neck/cranial surgery 7 years ago). It's really a very comfortable bass.

Are those the original pickups? It might just be the way the pictures look on my iPhone but it looks like there's some space around the humbucker.

Yes, they are the original pickups. Everything on the bass is original except the nut (custom bone piece).
