Highly figured Buckeye Burl top. (lots of blue/gray)
Matching head stock and truss cover.
Ash Body.
Ash Neck.
Highly figured Birdseye maple FB. (Amazing in person)
MTD world logo.
Only one small ding on the head stock, nothing noticeable, frets show minimal ware and the pickups have that sheen that MTD pups get from being played. This is thing has sustain for days, the low B rings out like no other bass I have had and it has very aggressive voice that has no trouble cutting through the mix in either slap or fingerstyle. A real stunner!
Retailed around $5750 in '07 ~ '08. Willing to let her go @ $3600 OBO shipped.
