The bass is in excellent condition. I have owned it since 2004 and only used flatwounds, and it came to me with flats. It has dot markers on the neck by the e-string. There is a crack by the battery box to input jack - see photos. Great sounding and playing bass. It comes with a Steinberger hard case and the leg rest. Serial number is 14XX, and is from Newburgh. I believe it is a 1984. I haven't been playing this recently and I have a new bass coming soon, so I'm motivated to sell. Very few of these were made, and this one is in quite nice shape. Almost forgot. About 10 years ago one of the aluminum bridge string/ball clasps broke. I bought a set of 4 steel replacements and they are on the bass.
