Seeking some advice here - Donyou guys think it’s the color or the price, or both? In full disclosure, I didn’t expect to add value by saying it was built for the NT tour. That was just a fun fact.
I’m guessing not many people are i the market for an expensive purple sparkle bass, lol. I did give this bass the nickname of Disco Grimace (ala the McDonalds character). Anyway, I’m reconsidering having the bass refinished and keeping it. It’s the bass playing bass of any that I own, and also easiest to get a good sound, quickly. Mikes pickups are just awesome!

To be honest if it wasn’t for the color I’d snatch it up in a heartbeat. The color is pretty damn cool but way too cool for me.

I bought your other sparkly Lull and the finish is way more beautiful than I expected! I've had a number of big flake sparkle basses over the years but it's got incredible depth and flash, it's miles better than any other I've seen.
If this was a P shape body I would have already bought it Branden!

Marty Bell is the dude!!! His sparkle work is heads above the others. He went the extra mile and sent me tiny “nickel bags” full of each of the four colors I was considering. That way I could see the true color, instead of the pictures on the web. You might notice I uploaded new pics of this purple T bass, after I captured more of the real color. The original pics were either too saturated or too dull.

I've played this bass. The tone and playability are fantastic. It's very light weight. The paint job is absolutely amazing in person. The price is as good as it gets.
Someone is going to get a great deal!
