This all-passive 2003 G&L SB-2 now sports volume, pickup blend and tone controls. The output jack has been relocated to the side of the bass (where it belongs!). Additionally, there are two switches. One of them is a 3-way to select .047, .033 or .02uF capacitance for the tone control. The other switch engages a treble bleed filter to reduce the high-end loss when you roll down the volume control. The bass is in very nice condition overall with the only issues of note being a few small dents on the back of the neck and a chip in the pickguard as seen in pics. The mark at the base of the eye-gouger is a knot in the maple, not a finish flaw. The are's some light surface scratches. The SB-2 will also be shipped with a Hipshot Xtender installed. The original tuning key is also included in the sale. Issue-free original hard shell case (missing key of course) which a former owner slapped a G&L sticker on.
