Old School Tobacco sunburst Okoume body, 2 MFD pickups w/ ADJUSTABLE pole pieces, 9 volt preamp with Vol, Treble and Bass controls w/ pickup select, coil tap switch, active/passive switch, treble boost switch. maple neck w/rosewood fretboard, 1.775 nut width, chrome plated saddle locked bridge w/ chrome plated brass saddles, bridge spacing is about 17mm, G&L lightweight tuners, This is a lighter one at around 9lbs and change. OEM hard case.
There are many tone possibilities with the pickup switching and coil tapping. The treble and bass controls operate in passive mode adding even more versatility. No trades $1,550.00

When you say coil tap, is it the typical Series/Parallel switch seen in the G&L preamp, or is it a humbucking/single-coil switch? Or both?

To each his own, but I bought this bass....loved it so much bought another with a maple board. I feel like my life has been a lie. plays and sounds like a bass you would pay much more money for .... someone buy this

How is it in passive mode? I'd likely mostly use passive since I use a lot of effects and haven't had good experiences with active basses and some effect types.
