Never tried this but I read that a round heel neck will fit into a square pocket.......with a pickguard covering the gaps.

GLWTS.........wonderful neck!

Neck butt would be identical to a Fender P as Warmoth makes them to exact Fender spec. I'm not the original owner but I'd say it was likely an oil finish. Incredibly smooth feeling.

THX. APparently there are two different Fender specs for neck-butt. 2-5/8" for vintage and 2-1/2" for modern. I don't know if thats entirely accurate. Is the Warmoth 2-1/2"?
