For Sale is a beautiful 32 inch 1979 Carl Thompson Bass fresh from Carl's shop. Absolutely incredible!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Body is made of walnut, Custom Striped pickups made of bycote bloodwood macasar ebony and matching control plate. The neck is a remarkable curly maple, but I couldn't really capture it in the pics. Macassar ebony fingerboard with bloodwood fretlines and bloodwood veneers. Headstock is a combination of flamed mahagony curly maple bloodwood and ebony. All around sweet piece of art.It is one of the fastest playing necks I have ever played. I assure that you will not be disappointed in this bass.
