Would gladly deal with this member again without question. However, not sure that I will deal with FedEx outbound from Canada. Not that I want to gripe about it, but the service desk lately screwed up the tracking number, FedEx head office setup sent a message to the location I sent it from and they didn't respond in 3 days, so I visited the same service desk and the exact service agent tried to blame me! She forged the the tracking number in front of my face!

Anyway, this has nothing to do with the buyer.....he was calm and cool. I really like that! And I'm so sorry I chose FedEx for this transaction as you did not deserve it!
