Just now got the Aria and man, it is beautiful. Especially for a bass that is 39 years old! It's nearly pristine, in fact. I plugged it in and played along to Rio and Hungry Like the Wolf and it is a spot-on perfect John Taylor sound, even through a cheap, solid-state Ampeg practice amp. It's heavy enough to where I wouldn't be able to play it in a three hour show, but when we do Duran Duran tunes I think I'll have to use it. Thanks!
