Last of the basses that I'm going to sell for now - took me a while to convince myself to sell this one.
This is a 2000 Status S1 Classic 5-String, but it's essentially new because the neck has just been redone by Status. When I bought the bass, the neck had a high spot on it because the previous owner had tweaked the neck in the wrong direction and broke the truss rod (Status rods work in the opposite direction of standard rods). Sent the neck back to Status, got a new neck (which costs $600). I specified very minimal preset relief so you can get the action VERY low without tweaking the rod (haven't touched it).
Previous owner had the bass upgraded with Bartolini CB Dual Coil Soapbars & NTMB preamp - bass sounds HUGE. 34.75" scale, 18mm spacing at the bridge. Original Hiscox case (which is awesome and in excellent shape) w/key and warranty card/paperwork included. Bass has a few very tiny/minor nicks/scratches - barely visible.
