Had Big Splits, not Big Singles as advertised. Would buy from him again though.

Seller was great, but it took only seconds after the bass arrived to notice that it did not have Big Splits as advertised. There was no hum when the pickups were soled.

I wrote Nordstrand who confirmed that this bass was indeed made with Big Splits and not Big Singles.

I was disappointed at first, but the Seller said he didn't know, he was told by the guy who sold it to him that they were Big Singles.

Since the seller was great in every other way, shipped promptly, answered questions even after shipping, etc., I figured he was misinformed by the guy who sold it to him.

I'm gonna give the bass a try with Big Splits.

Despite the pickup mix up, which in my mind is a very big thing by the way, the overall experience was positive; I'd buy from this seller again.
