I bought this bass from Chuck and it was damaged by UPS during shipping. Before the claim was even settled, he was incredibly communicative, helpful and 100% ready to do right by me. In the end, he refunded my money before I even shipped it back. Things happen, but it's rare to have someone step up as strongly as Chuck did to make me whole after someone else's mistake, and I am very grateful for that. I would not hesitate to deal with him again.
