AccuGroove: MIA?

A shop near me has had the same experience. He's an AccuGroove dealer and I inquired about some cabs. He held their cabs in high esteem, but he was apprehensive about recommending one since he tried calling them a day earlier and their phone was disconnected.

This was about a week and a half ago.

Didn't work for me. Am still awaiting the Tri112L ordered in July. Phone numbers disconnected. No E-Mail replies and no response from the FB Links. Believe I'm headed for dissapointment and a major hassle getting my $$$ back.

I have not heard from Mark since the end of September.
I'm waiting on a MiniGroove Stack that had some parts back ordered. Mark was great communicating with me in Aug and Sep, but I have not heard from him since then.
Mark, where are you? Come back to us, Man.

Sixteen weeks and counting! Irritated......YES. Believe I'll cancel the order for the Tri112L and look at other cab builders who can deliver. Thanks Mark. A simple reply to any of the voice mails or E-Mails would have avoided this frustration.

In late August I contacted AccuGroove to inquire about buying a cover for an AccuGroove cabinet. The phone was disconnected and email to their web site went unanswered.

It took a while, but eventually Mark (TB user name Whappo Grande) did reply to a TB PM. He said they were in the middle of moving and apologized for the delay in replying.

I just tried to check the www.accugroove.com web site, and it appears to be under the control of a cybersquatter. Not a good sign.
