Hi all,
I've been wanting a corvette for years (almost bought one in 07, but then I met the girl of my dreams). Well, I finally got the finances and ordered a brand new Pro Series Corvette Bubinga, and it arrived yesterday.
After opening it up, noticed the following issues last night:
Due to the top 3 issues, this bass isn't even playable at the moment. I find this extremely dissatisfying as every Warwick I have played (as well as everything I've read) indicate they are set up prior to shipping.
There is a card that came with the bass, titled "QC Card". The first couple of rows are filled out, however, Action QC, Final QC, and Date are blank. Could this mean it never finished in quality control?
How do I go about getting it repaired/playable? Please help....

After opening it up, noticed the following issues last night:
- Stacked Bass/Treble Controls are stuck and won't turn independently.
- Action is ridiculously high
- Neck is buzzing like crazy, both above and below fretted note.
- The included Allen Keys don't fit the bridge
- No rubber washer on top strap mount.
- There is a chip in the wood on the top protruding piece of wood.
Due to the top 3 issues, this bass isn't even playable at the moment. I find this extremely dissatisfying as every Warwick I have played (as well as everything I've read) indicate they are set up prior to shipping.
