I just picked up an EMMA TransMORGrifier. It's a decent compressor, but even at the lowest setting (ratio, attack and release at 0) there is a change in my tone. I have fiddled a bit and found that keeping the ratio at 9:00 or less gives enough compression, but the Attack and Release knobs make little difference to my ear. Has anyone else got any experience with this pedal.
I'm using a Godin Freeway 4 With the stock passive pickups. I prefer the sound of the P pickup alone.
I play general rock. no other effects except a BOSS LS-2 as a volume boost and a BOSS TU-2 as a tuner in the chain.
