I sometimes wonder if Laklands are as good as everyone says they are, why aren't we playing them more and talking about them less?

Price is fair - this damn Recession is not. A year ago we would jump at it at that price. NOwadays I cant see it selling at that price.
I'm glad I'm not desperate to sell the Decade cos even at my low price the offers are few and far between....
I tell ya what - the 55-94 on the Bay is smokin and well priced....
