Total stunner. Fully a step above pretty much every other P i’ve had. Comfy chunky neck and the flame is rad. Thought i’d throw it with the other two. US 44-60 and the Skyline 55-60 (still waitin for its black pickguard from WD)

Should I sell a perfectly good p bass

Comfort is a high priority for me. If i play something, i wanna play it for a long time and if something like neck dive is a factor, it gets in the way of my technique and my touch and my arm position blah blah blah. if it was a thunderbird, id say deal with it cause there’s no legit way...

I stayed pretty patient for the right thing to pop up and pulled the trigger on this! Should be comin in on saturday, but had a little tip for you guys! I saw this on reverb but it was being sold through an actual store. I went directly through the stores website, saved some money not using...

Gettin back out on the road this week! Borrowed a 55-02 after selling my fender 5. When i gave it back, i ended up without a 5 string which…. turned into me ordering a 55-14 and buying this from @JupiterEye to hold me over. she’s a beaut and goes great with my US 44-60. 55-14 should be done in a...

Ken Smith Burner Question *Triggered Content*

Change out the pickups and preamp, but keep the old ones. Just for the peace of mind, you'll have them, but its such a reversible change. You're not disrespecting the instrument at all.

Suhr Classic J vs. AVRI 2

I didn’t love my Suhr, which sucked cause i pined over it for a long time, but a fender in the right context is hard to beat in general. seems like a can’t go wrong situation

What to do with this hole...

tiny rubber plunger or cap if it were me. something hopefully reversible but you don’t want dust getting in there

ESP or Vintera II 60's Jazz Bass????

ESP and MIM Fender both have their respective reputations. Its super instrument to instrument because 1 out of every few hundred can be equally as great or not so great. I ended up getting rid of a bunch of higher end P basses for my Vintera II P bass, simply because the quality was so top...

    Feedback Wanted

Putting the text and chain at the end is definitely better. Recording sounds great. Id probably put the drummers a little lower or bass higher in the mix. Its nice context but thats all it should be. I love that you put the chain of recording as a slide but when you're not playing any effects...

Theres no bass like the one you dont have I guess, but till that point, that was the nicest bass I've ever played and the memory is the thing you chase I guess. It is probably the most fashionable boutique instrument I could point to
