stupid idea if it stripped. magnetic impact driver drill bit reversed. just one short pull of the trigger. even it isn't stripped just cross treaded. you may need to strip it to get it off. & re cut the threads. now once you get it off. washers. I'm guessing it's a combination of stuff.
