I respect your opinion on a center-zip, but really, do you know how much better the right side zippers are compared to others? If you want to keep your bass safe and to just make a great investment, get or Mooridian. They are the #1 BEST bass cases out there. -Regards, Alek

That looks like a very interesting bass; it's extremely thick and it's beaten up. My final word: Don't use that for audition.

I would recommend a Dean 'Edge 01', they are great discount basses with a nice resonating sound that will make him happy. Goodluck. He will love it. (Buy it at SamAsh.com or wherever fits your needs).
