I own an Edge 01, and an EVO XM 1, 4 string-er.

Anybody else own a Dean?

I knew they made the cabbie guitar, but I didn't know they made a bass. I always wanted the guitar (I played guitar till recently), then I saw...I think it was an older post of yours in the hollowbody club...and the search was on.

I know I've seen at least one of the powder blue Stylists posted here as well. I've had 2 Dean guitars in the past, and was impressed. I'm actually an original D.O.A. member (but I can't remember my number). Now I guess I get to try their basses on for size.

Likewise. I just got one of those a couple months ago. Still getting used to using a pick again, but I did take it out to a jam last week, and survived.

If not, I'll join. I own an Edge 4 Fretless...and it rocks. I continue to strongly recommend this instrument...and I own Skjold, Valenti, CIJ Fender, G&L, Zachary, and custom instruments.

I really can't believe the Dean only cost $300....for my money, it's the best bang-for-the-buck out there.

Dean Rhapsody 12 owner here.

Believe it or not, it's my main instrument at the moment. I frequently play in church with piano and drums only, and the whole setup really suffered from lack of rhythm guitar - a space that is now occupied by 12ver + BDDI or biamped through a guitar rig.
