The only slight downside I’ve seen so far is the 1/4” jacks are very tight. I had an issue with my cables when I was testing it out the first day. They may get a little looser but if it knocks out my current setup it won’t see a bunch of the “old in/out in/out” as they say.

ill assume you dont use the tone knob? If its 4 conductor like a dimarzio you could wire a series parallel switch and put it in the hole in place of the tone knob. low steak mod before you start to cut and drill things.
