That’s what I love about the SA pedals, so much flexibility packed in with top quality sounds. I actually used the C4 to replace a micro POG completely. Just wish it had a whammy setting on the expression options. Maybe the C4-2 will :)

I guess the few things to check to rule out any actual mechanical issues would be related to the settings. Is the mix up? Did you route to the correct output? Are the voices on?

To my understanding, the bass feeds the mid level, and the mids feed the high level. So a setting of bass-5, mids-5, highs-5, will probably translate closer to bass-4, mids-7, highs -6. I don’t know the exact math, but that’s the idea.
