Personally I use Hiscox cases, they're a british brand so I'm not sure you'd have them over there, I've never heard anything bad about the SKB cases though. Just PLEASE spend the money you have to to get a decent one! I once got a hard case on the cheaper end and it's just not worth it, it could...

Cheers :) It really does play that well! One thing I've noticed though is I'm pretty sure these are meant to be jumbo frets but they look that little bit thinner than those on the Squier, and I can't decide whether I prefer this or not :eyebrow:

Looks sweet! How much did it cost you before and after initial purchase then? Sounds like it was a bit of a pain to sort out but I guess it must've been a satisfying process, and you do get a super nice Warwick at the end of it :)

Not a big fan of the new Jazz bass, especially as they're discontinuing the sunburst of the original, and I don't know what to think of the rotary switch - anyone here used one before? Just sounds dodgy and annoying to use to me :eyebrow: But hey, Andertons in the UK has reduced the sunburst...

Personally I'd go for the Squier VM J - I've got one and love it, it's versatile, good for Red Hot Chili's but also for a lot of other things. I think the SUB would be a little too restrictive if you ever want to branch out. Also I hear the SUB has a cardboard pick guard or something, I'm not...

Hopefully gonna get one in August myself, need pics/review/details!! :D

Personally I'm very excited about the Jazz bass, I think it would be the perfect companion for my Squier VM 70s Jazz so I'm hopefully gonna get one sometime this year
