I have my eye on a F american performer P (4string). I never buy new but haven't found any used so am considering alternatives. I want a chunky neck, I'm playing 43mm nut now. PRS kestral looks good (l love my PRS 6 string), but fear neck may feel skinny. I've spent too long googling this now...

Thanks, googling didn't throw that up. I'd heard older models had wide necks but those are really quite old now, not sure I'll be able to find one. Oh well, the search continues.

Which previous models of BB 4 string had wide necks at nut, i.e. c.43mm? Ideally PJ configuration, passive. I am currently using an 92 Affinity, borrowed from a pal but l don't think he will sell it to me. I like the neck but not the neck dive! TIA, Brian

Thanks again for comments gents. I'm pretty sure the box data is correct, it's mostly just a volume figure iirc. I did note the 40Hz hpf requirement, the Eminence graph shows excursion as dotted line below 40Hz, l did select 40Hz filter in the program. It is not the low freq that worries me (4...

Would one of you more knowledgeable guys mind checking something out for me? I've been trying to use winisd and unibox, and have run the numbers that Eminence give for Delta 15LFA in med vented cab (driver l have and size of my cab). I get cone excursion past Xmax in both at 250W. Any thoughts...

So, l have been wondering what to do here. I don't have any attachment to this cab but am reluctant to just dispose of something with potential use. Eminence 15LFA cab data sheet gives info for med vented which is basically the cab dims I've got, just need to add 4 circular 4" x 7.145 ports...

Definitely one, no tube. No piezo or similar btw. Back panel says- fender model BXR115, 150W 8 Ohm, s/n LO-032210, Made in USA. I've not found much online about it. Thanks for any help!

This port is simply a round hole in the front panel. It doesn't appear to have had a 'tuning tube' or similar fitted in the past. This is the only one of these that l have seen the inside of so l couldn't say if it is missing a part tbh.

Interesting. I am more than glad to take advice. Cab internal dims are 24x24x14.5". Single circular front port of 5 3/8". Hope imperial is ok. What software is used to match drivers to cabs, is it easy to interpret results? Thanks.

Sorry, Eminence delta15lfa. I got that from a thread on here where somebody else was looking to replace a blown driver with original.
