I just heard back from Club Bass, where I bought the DNA head. They stopped being a DNA dealer, years ago, because they had bad experiences looking for dealer support. Seems like DNA doesn't leave just their consumers without support. Yet they still list Club Bass in Toronto as one of their dealers!
