    Thank you, that would be exactly the goal! But I would have to install an additional potentiometer, which I wanted to avoid. I preferred to leave him passive.

    Thanks for this helpful information. I also wondered when I took the pickguard off that there was a relatively wide stripped paint at the pickguard screw holes. But otherwise I am very happy with the bass!
