I totally agree with you. I ran mine with Blend at full (as recommended in the manual) for the first few years and, when I finally got around to backing it off to pre 12.00 o'clock, it was a total revelation!!:D :D It has never gone past 2 o'clock since.;) ;)

If you read what is revealed by the link you have already found, you will see that the manual is (or certainly was when I downloaded mine) available direct from the Tech21 website.
