Hey All, I'm going over to Japan in July for a couple shows and need recommendations on where to shop for Fender Japan basses. I wanted to grab a Mustang while I'm over there. I'm assuming it's cheaper than buying over here in the states?

Awesome bass! I had a SB-450 but would have preferred the single coil pickups rather than the humbuckers. I've been on the lookout for a 300 or 400 so if you decide to ever sell let me know! Enjoy that awesomeness.

I've never been able to play a 3001 but if it's anything like the other Rics I've played then the bulk of the volume and sound comes from the bass knob and the treble knob acts more like tone adjustment. I've been trying to get my hands on one for some time though.
