    Boss Micr BR Question.

    I like my BR - had it for a while now. It's not the most user friendly thing to use, but like anything else - it takes time to master the functions. I learned a bunch over at Invalid Link Removed

    Most common mistakes?

    Lots and lots of great advice so far. Once of the things I got from one of Victor Wooten's video's was to always try and make music. Even is you're just running scales, try and jazz it a bit. Keep it light and keep it fun. As to theory and such - one book that make a lot of things...

    While I do like a lot of the bass video's I've seen on Youtube, I have to say my fav is Victor Wooten - I really like the way he plays....

    Best tool for silent practice??

    FWIW, I use a Boss Micro-BR and it works for me. I can record, loop, jam to tracks - it's not a perfect solution, but it's highly portable :)
